Deliberate Creation Vacation Sharing techniques for becoming

The act of becoming vacant through measured, predictable steps is nothing new.... But something in our culture we get to far away from. Since when did meditation and quiet time, require multi-tasking? Like we CAN think about what it is we desire to create, but only while doing all those things we must do in the course of a day or lifetime.

There is much safe by zero, much more than the 80's The Fixx Song suggests.. And thus This weekend begins my first Deliberate Creation Vacation. It is not meant to be a trip with travel, hotels and personalities.. No it is a vacation of busy-ness and a gentle re-awakening of positive conscience.




Catnap Meditation. In the early morning sun, assemble a soft blanket and rest in the sunlight of the morning sun, covered with the blanket. Feel the blanket of love and care wash over you. The sun light lightending the dark, and warming the spirit. Think with deliberate intentions to be the change you want to see in the world.

Empty your mind of what must be done. Allow the visuals of delight for what you would like to see happening in the world, happening.
  • There is abundance.
  • There is light.
  • There is hope
  • There is love
  • There is energy.
  • There is rest.
  • There is belonging.
The sunlight on your face, the bath of light and warmth of sunshine an optimism.. all is well. You are loved.. Visualize yourself as a tree of strength, of patiences, with energy and courage to grow but patiently with the ability to just be tranquil-- to be calm, and serene. All is well, complete because of all that has happened before, and sensing the flow of seasons that will transform from appreciating the notion of now and the possibilities of tomorrow.
